Car Painter (€650 – €750 net per week) for the Netherlands
Your Responsibilities:
-Assess the preparation of car parts before painting.
_Mix paint using digital scales and formulas.
_Match color samples and establish the correct tint.
_Mask vehicles precisely and efficiently before painting.
_Apply coatings including water-based paint, clear coats, and three-layer systems.
_Polish painted surfaces to remove imperfections such as dust, sags, and spray-out areas.
_Use tools and equipment safely and correctly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
_Deliver high-quality results within set timelines and standards.
_Work independently while adhering to company processes.
_Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and brands.
_Spot repairs are considered a plus.
Requirements:
_Experience in car painting following the complete process (at least 5 years).
_Ability to work independently and with precision.
_Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
_Use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
_Experience with spot repair techniques is a plus.
_A valid driving license (Category B) is a plus.
