Job description:
Earthwork supporting laying pipes mainly.The
position includes finishing surfaces, and all other formwork assistance, concrete-related work, and general construction site duties.
Tasks:
Assisting with formwork assembly and dismantling.
Preparing materials, tools, and work areas.
Supporting concrete pouring and finishing works.
Performing general construction and manual laborers tasks.
Keeping the worksite clean and organized.
Following safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Accommodation rented from Elja: Elja offers rental accommodation.
Transport: Client will provide car+fuel
Clothing: Work clothing and PPE (personal protective equipment)) will be provided by user
company according to Icelandic regulation.
Meals during work hours: Employees are responsible for their own meals. In some cases,
employees, can buy meals from user company or user company provide meals. All such
arrangement is between employee and user company. Elja can assist employees if they want to take
part in such arrangement.
Tools: All tools and equipment that are needed for the job are provided by the user company. Elja
doesn´t therefore pay tool compensation/tool salary on top of salary.
Language: B1 – Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters
regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Criminal record needed: Yes
Drivers license Needed: Yes, for driving regular passenger car, category B
Heavy Machinery Rights: –

Salary: 3650 € net, after all deductions
