Experienced installation work on steel frame building projects, including sandwich panels, cladding
systems, and exterior finishing elements. The position requires the ability to work independently
and supervise a small team of construction workers on site.
Tasks:
Installing steel frame building structures according to drawings.
Installing rockwool sandwich panels and cladding systems.
Fitting flashings, trims, and exterior finishing elements.
Reading technical drawings and ensuring work quality.
Leading and supervising 1–3 construction workers on site.
Following project specifications and safety procedures.

Accommodation rented from Elja: Elja offers accommodation for rent.
Transport: Client will provide car.
Clothing: Work clothing and PPE (personal protective equipment)) will be provided by user
company according to Icelandic regulation.
Meals during work hours: Employees are responsible for their own meals. In some cases,
employees, can buy meals from user company or user company provide meals. All such
arrangement is between employee and user company. Elja can assist employees if they want to take
part in such arrangement.
Tools: All tools and equipment that are needed for the job are provided by the user company. Elja
doesn´t therefore pay tool compensation/tool salary on top of salary.
Language: B1 – Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters
regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Criminal record needed: Yes
Drivers license Needed: Yes, for driving regular passenger car, category B
Heavy Machinery Rights: –

Salary: 5400 € net, after all deductions
