Job description: Job Description
Construction work supporting installers and supervisors on steel frame building projects. The
position includes assisting with steel structure assembly, panel installation, cladding work, and
general construction site duties.
Tasks:
Assisting with the assembly of steel frame structures.
Supporting the installation of sandwich panels and cladding.
Installing flashings and other exterior finishing elements.
Preparing materials, tools, and work areas.
Performing general construction and manual labor tasks.
Following safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Accommodation rented from Elja: Elja offers accommodation for rent.
Transport: Client will provide car+fuel
Clothing: Work clothing and PPE (personal protective equipment)) will be provided by user
company according to Icelandic regulation.
Meals during work hours: Employees are responsible for their own meals. In some cases,
employees, can buy meals from user company or user company provide meals. All such
arrangement is between employee and user company. Elja can assist employees if they want to take
part in such arrangement.
Tools: All tools and equipment that are needed for the job are provided by the user company. Elja
doesn´t therefore pay tool compensation/tool salary on top of salary.
Language: B1 – Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters
regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Criminal record needed: Yes
Drivers license Needed: Yes, for driving regular passenger car, category B
Heavy Machinery Rights: –
Nationality: Nationality doesn’t matter

Salary: 4300 € net, after all deductions
