Job position: Truck trailer operator
Starting date of employment: As soon as possible
End date of employment: 5 months from start date
Work will take place: Different location depending on work
Working time: Monday to Friday 8:00 -18:00
Job description: We’re looking for someone with experience driving a trailer hauling aggregates
and other earth materials.
Experience transporting heavy machinery is a big plus.
It would also be great if the person has some experience operating an excavator, but that’s not a
requirement.

Accommodation rented from Elja: User company provides housing for rent, /if you want single room have to pay/
Transport: Client will provide car for free
Clothing: Work clothing and PPE (personal protective equipment)) will be provided by user
company according to Icelandic regulation.
Meals during work hours: Employees are responsible for their own meals. In some cases,
employees, can buy meals from user company or user company provide meals. All such
arrangement is between employee and user company. Elja can assist employees if they want to take
part in such arrangement.
Tools: All tools and equipment that are needed for the job are provided by the user company. Elja
doesn´t therefore pay tool compensation/tool salary on top of salary.
Language: B1 – Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters
regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Criminal record needed: Yes
Drivers license Needed: Yes, for driving Truck trailer, CE and 95 code needed
Heavy Machinery Rights:
Nationality: Nationality doesn’t matter

Salary: 4200 € net, after all deduction
