Riggers – Heavy Lifting Projects
Are you motivated, hands-on, and ready to work on technically impressive heavy lifting projects? We are currently looking for Riggers to join one of our clients operating in large-scale lifting operations. As a Rigger, you will play a key role in preparing and executing lifts using mobile cranes and heavy equipment, always prioritizing quality and safety. This is a dynamic outdoor role with varied tasks, locations, and working hours.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time position: Monday to Friday
50 hours per week (42h at 100%, 8h at 150%)
€20 net/day allowance

Your Role as a Rigger:
Participate in project briefings, reviewing lift plans, instructions, and documentation
Maintain a strong focus on safety, following all site and company rules and performing LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis)
Assist with assembly and disassembly of mobile cranes
Sling loads, connecting the crane hook to the load correctly
Signal loads during lifting operations, guiding the crane operator with clear instructions
Manage and inspect lifting equipment
Work independently or as part of a rigger team, depending on the project
Who We Are Looking For:
A motivated team player who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills
Technical interest or experience through studies, work, or hobbies
Experience as a rigger at least 2 years
Optional certifications: critical load handling (IS-006) and/or VCA safety certificate
Good communication skills in English
Driver’s license B
Flexible regarding tasks, hours, and locations
